These General Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the website, the rights and obligations of the user, and the business relationship between the provider and the client.

The provider offers services, programmes, consultations and workshops. Due to the nature of the work, the provider reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions in cases of force majeure.
Payments are processed:
The provider does not store payment card details. Services are activated upon receipt of payment.
Prices are valid at the time of order. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Reservations are made via e-mail, contact form or telephone. A place is reserved for 48 hours following the issue of a pro-forma invoice.
Online purchase
The user may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
In-person services
Withdrawal is possible up to 5 days before the scheduled session. In exceptional circumstances (illness), a new appointment will be offered.
The provider does not guarantee specific outcomes from its services. The user is responsible for their own decisions and actions.
All content (programmes, recordings, materials) is protected. The following are prohibited:
Communication takes place via e-mail or telephone.
Users may submit a complaint by e-mail. The provider will respond within 5 working days. Both parties will endeavour to resolve any disputes amicably.
By using the services, the user confirms their agreement to these terms.
